Our Programs
- Trimester (three term) system with 58 minute classes

- First school in region to participate in Virtual High School Consortium with over 200 online courses
- 19 Advanced Placement (AP) courses: eight offered at ND and 11 offered online through the Virtual High School
- 20% of our students participate in UConn (ECE) Early College Experience Program taught by our own UConn accredited faculty; 3 - 18 transferable college credits can be earned before high school graduation
- Students can take courses at the University of New Haven and have full use of their library; Students can also take courses at Yale University, Southern Connecticut State University, and Albertus Magnus College
- All students maintain electronic portfolios as a graduation requirement
- 12 Athletic Teams compete in the Southern Connecticut Conference (SCC); Nickname is "Green Knights"
