Signature Programs

New at ND!  

Notre Dame's four new Signature Programs bring evolving professional fields into our classrooms. Designed to be hands-on learning opportunities, these new programs illustrate ND’s capacity to innovate, our focus on 21st-century teaching strategies, and the expertise of our faculty in contemporary pedagogies for young men.

Leadership Program

The Certificate in Leadership involves students following an alignment of core classes with electives and active participation in extracurricular clubs and activities beginning in the 2018-19 school year.

Sports Medicine Program

The Certificate in Sports Medicine involves students following an alignment of core classes with electives, beginning in the 2018-19 school year. Students will gain both classroom and clinical experience in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training while having the opportunity to explore essential elements of Exercise Physiology, Coaching, and Strength & Conditioning.

Technology/Engineering/Design (T/E/D) 

The Certificate in Technology, Engineering and Design involves students following an alignment of core classes with electives, beginning in the 2018-19 school year. Students will have a hands on introduction to Engineering and the ‘Design Process’ through unique projects in the major engineering disciplines.

Video Production

The Certificate in Video Production involves students following an alignment of core classes with electives, beginning in the 2018-19 school year. Students will gain both classroom and ‘real world’ experience while learning the essential elements of video production across the medium of marketing, sports and news stories. This will involve shooting, editing, sound, graphics and overall viewing analysis.
