We are offering two choices of Dell Chromebooks for the upcoming year:
Touch Screen model
The Dell 5190 2-in-1 Flip Design Touch Screen model has the following specifications: Intel Celeron N3350 Dual Core Processor, 4GB RAM, 16GB Flash Storage, 11.6" IPS HD Touch 1366 x 768 Display, Wireless/Bluetooth and a rugged military grade body style designed to withstand the rigors of daily activity.
The Dell 5190 Non-Touch model has the following specifications: Intel Celeron N3350 Dual Core Processor, 4GB RAM, 16GB Flash Storage, 11.6" HD Display, Wireless/Bluetooth and a rugged military grade body style designed to withstand the rigors of daily activity.
Both Chromebooks come with a four-year accidental damage protection warranty. This warranty covers the cost to repair water spills, keyboard malfunctions, battery charging issues, hardware failure, etc. The four-year warranty will also cover the cost of 1 (one) broken screen. A $50 deductible will be assessed if the screen becomes broken any subsequent number of times after the first break. In addition to the warranty, a Google Console Management program and GoGuardian is installed on each Chromebook which allows for filters, monitoring, classroom management, and theft recovery.
The flat fee for all digital textbooks is $400.00. Chromebooks and e-texts will be distributed on the first day of Orientation Thursday, August 22. (E-Text fee will be added to your existing payment plan.)

2. Tuition Payments
All tuition payments must be made according to the plan you selected at Registration. All tuition payments should be remitted to Smart Tuition. As a reminder, the three approved payment plan options include:
Plan I – Annual installment: Annual tuition payment paid in full by July 1, 2019.
Plan II – 2 Semi-annual installments: Payment Deadlines; First installment plus fees due on July 1, 2019. Second installment due January 1, 2020.
Plan III – 10 monthly installments: Payment Deadlines: First installment plus fees due May 1, 2019. Remaining equal monthly payments from June 1, 2019-February 1, 2020.

3. Student Life
BUS/TRAIN/CARPOOL INFORMATION: All information is posted on Notre Dame’s website under the Admissions tab or click here for the response form. Forms are due to Notre Dame by May15, 2019. Chartwells manages the Food/Dining Services program for Notre Dame and utilizes PayPams to manage student lunch accounts. Click here for information regarding account setup and funding.
Health Forms must be dropped off personally or mailed to the attention of the School Nurse. No medical records can be given out during summer vacation due to HIPAA regulations. Health forms mailed or dropped off at Notre Dame during the summer will not be identified and opened until Mrs. Durso, our school nurse, returns August 12. Physicals must be updated on a yearly basis for participation on a sports team.
4. Important Dates for Freshmen
The following dates are important for your reference:

- Freshmen Orientation: (Dress code is casual: t-shirt, shorts, & sneakers)
- Chromebooks/e-texts distributed
- First full day of school for Freshmen: 8:00 am-2:30 pm
- Classes & Field Day - Lunch will be served- Dress code is casual--t-shirt, shorts, sneakers
Christmas Break - December 23 – January 3 Classes resume Monday, January 6
Winter Break - February 14 – February 18 Classes resume Wednesday, February 19
Spring Break - April 10 – April 17 Classes resume Monday, April 20
The ND Main Office will be open Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am-2:00 pm from June 11 - August 16, closed on Fridays. On August 17, we resume regular school hours of 7:00-3:30 pm. Notre Dame will be closed July 4.
