The drama department is comprised of boys from Notre Dame and girls from Sacred Heart Academy and Lauralton Hall High School.

The Notre Dame Drama Club is thrilled to be presenting Kesselring’s Arsenic and Old Lace this Fall.  All Notre Dame students and area high school girls are invited to audition for this classic comedy. Acting experience is not required, just have a positive attitude and be willing to learn.

Audition dates:
  • Monday, September 10, 2018 - First round auditions (3:00 - 7:00 pm, Room 008)
  • Tuesday, September 11, 2018 - Call backs (3:00 - 7:00 pm, Room 008)

Each actor or actress will prepare a 45-60 second monologue from the show of their choice. Read the character descriptions at the end of this packet to help you find a style that is appropriate for the character you are “auditioning for.” You can find online scripts for Arsenic if you choose to use a monologue from the show.
