Freshman School Counselor

Notre Dame High School is seeking an enthusiastic Freshmen School Counselor with excellent counseling skills to join our team. We seek motivated individuals with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and excel in their areas of interest. The School Counselor would help freshmen students acquire skills in the social, personal, and educational areas necessary for thriving in our school.  Counselors accomplish this by guiding and counseling students individually or in small groups and contributing to the development of effective learning environments, through student advocacy and consulting with others. The Freshmen Counselor will work with Peer Counselors and Freshman Academy Teachers to improve Safety, Information, and Connection for new students transitioning to Notre Dame High School.
