Mr. Amore is a lifelong resident of Greater New Haven with over 40 years of experience in integrated marketing and broadcast media sales. He has served as president of the Advertising Club of Connecticut and has been nationally recognized, including a nomination for the Marconi Award. Doug’s extensive nonprofit involvement includes board and fundraising leadership for organizations such as Mary Wade Home, Griffin Hospital, and Gaylord Hospital, where he also served as board chair. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Public Relations, and Communication from Clark University, where he was Assistant Sports Information Director and a four-year varsity tennis letterman. Deeply committed to community outreach and relationship-building, Doug brings a strong record of donor engagement and leadership. He is dedicated to strengthening Notre Dame’s alumni network and advancing the school’s mission of faith-based education. |
