Lisa Ferraro is the Vice President for Development at Notre Dame High School — West Haven, where she oversees fundraising, alumni relations, and strategic advancement efforts. Lisa brings more than 25 years of nonprofit management experience with a strong focus on fundraising, communications, governance, and community relations. Prior to joining Notre Dame, she served in leadership roles in development for regional nonprofits. At Notre Dame, she leads campaigns to strengthen programs, support tuition assistance, and deepen alumni engagement. Her efforts help preserve the school’s tradition of academic excellence and community spirit, ensuring that students have the resources and opportunities to thrive.
