Peer Counseling PROGRAM Highlights
In addition to specialized academic coursework, Peer Counselors also participate in a three-day retreat during the summer break. Geared toward leadership development and self-awareness, the retreat focuses on training, supervising, and supporting the seniors who participate. Peer Counselors will meet with freshmen during the 75-minute Community Period, as his extended block of time allows freshmen and Peer Counselors to dive into deeper and more frequent discussions.
