Notre Dame–West Haven’s Michael Lorenzetti is entering the 2026 season as one of the most dominant players in Connecticut—and he’s not slowing down anytime soon.
The senior standout returns as the reigning GametimeCT Player of the Year, after putting together an incredible career record of 71–4. Lorenzetti also holds the title of defending CIAC Invitational singles champion, proving he can compete—and win—on the biggest stage.
His consistency, experience, and winning mentality make him a key leader for the Green Knights this season and a name every opponent will have circled.
With his track record and championship pedigree, Lorenzetti has rightfully been named one of the top players to watch in the state for 2026.
