Important: New Attendance Procedures

School Absence

When a student is absent from school, his parents/guardian must email the attendance office at [email protected] by 8:30 am. 

Please include the following information: 

  • Student’s first and last name 
  • Student’s year of graduation 
  • Date of the absence 
  • Reason for the absence 

 

Early Dismissal

When a student is being dismissed early, his parents/guardian must email the school at [email protected] by 8:30 a.m.

Please include the following information: 

  • Student’s first and last name 
  • Student’s year of graduation 
  • Date of the early dismissal 
  • Reason for the early dismissal 
  • Whether the student is being picked up or driving himself
    • The adult picking up the student must go into the main office with a picture ID to sign out the student
    • Students who drive themselves must check out at the front desk at the time of their dismissal

If the student is returning to school, the student must bring back a doctor's note for the time they were away from school. If a student is not returning to school on the same day, a doctor’s note must be brought to school the following day.

 

 

Late Arrival

When a student is arriving late to school, his parents/guardian must email the school at [email protected] by the start of the school day.  

Please include the following information: 

  • Student’s first and last name 
  • Student’s year of graduation 
  • Date of the early dismissal 
  • Reason for the early dismissal

For any late arrival, the student must provide a note upon arrival or it will be considered unexcused.
