Grateful for a meaningful morning together at our Faculty Retreat at St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
Centered on our theme, “The Holy Cross Educator’s Full Plate,” we took time to reflect on the many roles we carry while staying rooted in our shared mission. Thank you to Br. Bob Livernois, CSC for guiding us with insight and inspiration.
We were especially grateful to have our student leaders present, leading us in a beautiful prayer service that grounded our time together in faith and purpose.
Moments like these allow us to pause, reconnect as a community, and renew our commitment to supporting one another—and our students—as family!

Every summit is an invitation to rise.
May the joy of the Resurrection open something in you — a new beginning, a restored faith, a hope that rises and keeps rising.
With joy and gratitude this Easter season, from President Robert F. Curis and the entire Notre Dame High School Family.

On this most solemn of days, we stand at the foot of the Cross — not in despair, but in the hope that defines who we are as a Holy Cross community. Those who founded schools like ours in the Holy Cross tradition chose the cross not as a symbol of defeat, but as the very source of our strength.
Good Friday reminds us that hope is not the absence of darkness. It is the light that endures through it.

On Wednesday, March 25, CSmC members prepared and served dinner for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House Charities in New Haven. The group made nine pizzas and five pounds of baked ziti, with several families arriving just in time to enjoy the meal fresh out of the oven.
We are grateful for our ongoing partnership with this incredible organization and look forward to returning on April 15 to serve another round of delicious pizza and pasta!

As we continue celebrating Women’s History Month, we’re shining a light on a group that showed what it means to grow, compete, and lead together. Notre Dame’s inaugural JV Girls Basketball team put together an impressive season, bringing energy and determination to every game while building the foundations of the legacy they will leave behind for future female athletes.
Along the way, they formed a tight-knit bond that went far beyond the scoreboard—lifting each other up, embracing challenges, and setting a standard for what’s to come. Their journey reflects the strength of the past while pushing forward with confidence and purpose.
